The articles of the I Actually Met™ Brent Wiethoff EULA (End-User License Agreement) are as follows. The “User” refers to whomever is wearing and/or has purchased the item, and the “Seller” refers to Brent Wiethoff and the I Actually Met™ concept.
- The User agrees not to hold accountable the Seller for any harm, harassment or unfortunate incident which may occur as a direct or indirect result of proper or improper use of the item.
- The User agrees to properly use the item only in the way it was intended, (i.e., to wear it), and not to rip it up for cleaning rags, or to cut into pieces for a quilt, or dress a dummy with it to burn in effigy, nor any other use.
- The User agrees to be respectful and courteous to his fellows and enemies alike, when the User is properly sporting his/her item. The Seller’s intent is not to be associated with rude, ridiculous, or disrespectful behavior.
- Reproduction or parody of this item or concept by the User or anyone known by the User is expressly prohibited without prior written consent by the Seller. This includes using the I Actually Met™ phrase in front of any other name in the same context (i.e., on a wearable item).
